한 번에 여러 개를 잡기보다, 우선순위 높은 것부터 차례로 정리하는 쪽이 훨씬 덜 꼬인다.

요리 시뮬레이터는 레시피보다도 작업 순서와 테이블 흐름이 체감 난도를 더 크게 바꾼다.

핵심 자원은 처리 순서와 리듬이다. 덜 밀리는 주방이 결국 제일 잘 돈다.
